The problem
A 900-person tech headquarters in Bengaluru needing high carpet efficiency, BBMP regulatory compliance, and a 30%+ reduction in HVAC energy consumption across 34,000 sq. ft.
Our approach
We engineered an 8-storey daylit atrium void that maximized usable carpet area ratio to 84%, reduced artificial lighting demand by 45%, and achieved a 32% HVAC energy cost reduction. Completed on schedule in 14 months.
