The problem

A hospitality client with 40 acres of productive estate wanted keys on the ground without a resort that reads as a compound.

Our approach

We refused the single-block hotel. Fourteen pavilions sit in existing clearings — not one coffee plant was removed — linked by a 210-metre walkway that becomes the building's only public gesture.
