The problem
A 2006 apartment with the best view in the building and a plan that turned its back on the sea in four of six rooms.
Our approach
We removed every internal wall, ran a travertine service spine down the dark side of the plan, and let the entire west face become one uninterrupted room. Eleven weeks, occupied on the twelfth.
